Saltine Crackers

oh how I love you

you always make my tummy feel better!

I get tummy achs a lot,

but once i stick that salty, crackery goodness in my mouth

it like instantly is better

They are a constant in our home, i dont know what it is but whenever my tummy doesn't like me, i eat a saltine cracker 

and it helps!

sometimes they are all i can eat ( like today)

no im not pregnant- just had the stomach flu! :(

the only good thing about getting the flu was that i got to watch TANGLED

All or nothing

How is it possible that every single bowl/ Tupperware / mixing bowl that we have is dirty at the same time? Last week I got out of the shower and every single towel we owned was in the wash that I forgot to switch over! It seems these days we either have it all or nothing at all! Can't wait till summer gets here and I have a little extra time to do things... Like laundry and dishes :)

disgraceful bread!

So today I bought one of those loafs of bread that are topped with strudel topping! it looked so good! But I wasn't that hungry, but I still  wanted to try a bit of it.

by the end of the day the bread had only about an 2 inches of strudel topping on it, it is a whole loaf of bread without the top on it!! So now what do I do? do i throw out the part that i ate off to hide my disgrace, or keep it and have it stare at me to remind me of what i did?

I am ashamed...

I'll go get on the exercise bike!

well tomorrow we got to the Mavs game and I am gonna buy a new camera so i can have pictures of it!!

JOHNNY!!!

This weekend my little brother , who is not so little any more, came down to vistit. his Christmas Present was to go snowboarding. so Michael and Kim went snow boarding with him, and they usually came over for dinner at our house. I hate this grown-up thing, I feel like I never have any free time! but on Monday Patrick adn I were botehr feeling gross, so we went to our classes in the morning and then I came home and took a nap. I felt bad because John was staying with us, btu i just couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. Patrick went to one class as i was falling asleep. Three hours later i woke up from my nap to the sounds of gunshots and yelling! turns out Patrick DIDN'T go to his class and him and John had been playing Halo for the last three hours!
It was so cute seeing them just bonding! hahah! It was so nice to see John! I feel like he is growing up without me :(

well anyway, it's freezing outside like 18 degrees... I cannot WAIT until the summer, and sun, and swimming!

i would put pictures up, but alas I cannot find my camera. i think it might be gone for good :(

The New Year!

          I lost my camera! I'm so sad! I think I left it at Texas Roadhouse, so I am going to go today and see if they have it. I dont like to blog without pictures- the posts seem so lame!
but since it has been a month... I figured I would give you an update!

     SO I am taking 20 credits this semester, which is QUITE an adventure! But I am going to graduate in SUMMER! YAY i am so happy that I will be done soon! it is the only thing keeping me going!
   
           I love my work, and trudging through school, but soon it will all be over and i will just be working! ahh the anticipateion of graduating its KILLING me! But i dont think I want to walk. I really just want to get a picture or two taken in the cap and gown but i dont care enough about my degree to sit through a 3 hour ceremony... it just seems really really BORING!
I just want that piece of paper saying that i have accomplished something in my life :)

    Patrick is going to start the Isys program in Fall!

    i feel like my life is so boring! I go to school on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays and work Tuesday Thursdays and Saturdays! But at least this semester Patrick and I are on the same schedule so we can meet up with eachother on campus for lunch!

    I dyed my hair again- It's dark again! I love it! It has a tint of red in it! the only think i don't like is that i wanted to go a little edgier so i tried to have straight bangs, and well i am not a fan, so we tried to fix them a little bit, and well i moved and we cut a little chunk of my bangs out! haha !! its funny now, but at the time i was a little mad.. but bangs grow so fast its going to take like 3 weeks and they will be normal again!
i really like my hair dark I think i works well with my complexion.  i would put a picture up, but again my poor camera is out in the world somewhere!

the BEST part of the hair cut is that i finally cut off all the hair that i damaged from bleaching it! so now it is healthy! I am going to just stay dark this year and get it to grow and be healthy!

other than school and work not much is going on over here! we are doing well and just trying to keep up with everything!

we are however, getting ready for another Super Bowl Party!
I cant believe its been a year already! this year has just FLOWN by!

overall it has been a great year that I get to spend with my best friend!

ER

well, last night was kind of scary. I noticed a few bumps on my arm that looked like spider bits, but they were a lot bigger and ouch-ier than i ever remembered a spider bite being. then the next time i looked i could clearly tell that i had broken out in hives or welts all over my arm and my eves, and i itched every where. i went to take a bath hoping that it would help the itching. but then i noticed that my throat was getting really really tight. I monitored my breathing an throat for a couple more minutes, and  it was getting a lot worse. so we went to the ER, and got me on an IV. it got to the point that i could barely breath. the thing that scares me now is that i have NO IDEA what i am allergic to.
what i ate that day (now no making fun... i am on vacation right)
Trixs cereal, some peppermint bark, a piece of a chocolate orange, a refried bean and cheese burrito, and that's IT!!!
I was wondering if any one has had an allergic reaction to switching birth controls?
or from being on Paxil?
leave me a comment if you have any ideas. i cannot go to an allergist wile i am on the medication they gave me to get better. i am just afraid to eat anything!!!

TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY and Kimmy's Birthday!

        Well we have made it two years! I can't believe it has really been that long! So we are celebrating by going to Cheesecake Factory and seeing TRON tomorrow, so tonight we decided to make our FIRST HOME MADE GINGERBREAD HOUSE. keep in mind that the stores were all out of the kits, so i made gingerbread cookies and rolled them out to make the walls. it was a fin little adventure!

It stared outwell, we got a floor and two walls up.

now we are up to four walls, our house is rising!!!

Here is the roof, now because i didn't have a cookie cutter or anything... the walls were, well lets just say they were not even! so this is the best we did with what we had!

about two seconds after i took this picture the roof caved in, but we shoved a piece of one of the sides in and it stayed...

so this is our final roof!!!

Kimmy's 21st birthday was a couple of weeks ago, we had a movie night here at the house.
 i made her a devils food cake with peppermint bark in the middle and raspberry chocolate frosting...it was GOOD
